Rose Again..

This is almost it you guys... 7:58 am and only 5 before we meet at the airport... look up at the accurate time of around approximately 4 something-ish and you may see 7 very excited very nervous people in a plane!

Just before I log out and buy a very much needed shower cap, and return some soon to be overdue books to the library I wanted to remind you to be in prayer for the people we are leaving back home.

You probably just read Lisa's blog and as you can see leaving her kids is not going to be easy on her, particularly on the leg of the trip where she is without Will. But God is there, for them and for her, pray that she feels that.

Remember the wives of the team too, being at home with their children, I can't imagine it's easy to sit back and relax with that kind of responsibility on your own while your husband is off at war (spiritual war that is).

And for us who are neither married nor mothers, i ask you to remember OUR mothers in prayer, as well as our fathers and siblings. Who knows this may just be a relaxing 2 week holiday at home for them, but most likely they will be worrying about us just a little bit.

I just want to end this blog saying, God keep you safe and bless you and your families.

Rose :)

ps. This is a shoutout to Tamara who didn't believe that i could actually write on here.
pps. LILY I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU DIDN'T SAY BYE! I'll miss you and i love you.
PPPS- just realised i should emphasize when i said spiritual war, i was being metaphorical... this is a very peaceful, non violent or forceful trip :)
